Arrival Service:
After landing at Delhi airport, and exiting the aerobridge (landside, in case no aerobridge), you will be met by a trained representative who will provide complete airport assistance. You will be first escorted to the immigration counter in an electric vehicle. Receive help with completing the immigration process (no fast track). Then assistance with baggage retrieval will be provided at the luggage belt (porter service is included in service). After clearing customs, our executive will escort the guest to the terminal exit gate of Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport). We can also provide airport transfer as an add-on, choice between regular/premium/luxury vehicles available.
Departure Service:
After you are dropped off at the airport, be met immediately by a trained representative at the kerbside who will provide complete airport assistance. Assistance with luggage will be provided by the greeter along with a porter. Thereafter assistance will be provided during the check-in process. Then the guest will be assisted with the immigration process (no fast track) and security check. Lounge access can be availed as an add-on. Thereafter, enjoy speedy transport to your departure gate by electric buggy service.
Interconnection / Transit Service:
We can also provide transit airport assistance service for international flight arrival in Delhi, India, and domestic flight departure from the same or different terminals (inter-terminal transport charges apply). Airport assistance service possible in reverse order also i.e. domestic flight arrival and catching an international flight from Delhi, India. Concierge service is provided from the arrival gate to the boarding gate of the departure flight for a hassle-free airport experience.
